THE FARMERS BANK – CAMPAIGN

You don’t have to be a farmer to be a Farmer.

To attract a new crop of customers to The Farmers Bank, we featured folks who bank there already – specifically, customers whose careers were decidedly non-agricultural. Former WNBA all-star Katie Douglas and local entrepreneur/all-star grandpa Rondell Sims were our non-speaking spokespersons in the bank’s grand launch of its revitalized brand.

Spotlighting real people grounded our messages in simplicity and authenticity, making for a well-received and effective campaign. Perhaps best of all, we learned during the video shoot that Katie and Rondell shared not only a favorite bank, but a favorite banker – Brian, a veteran of The Farmers Bank who has earned the loyalty of these star customers and countless others over many years of service.

Since the brand refresh launch, brand awareness has doubled based on the annual brand perception survey.
