Borshoff and our development partner Crafted partnered with the Indianapolis Zoo to redesign three of their websites: their main Indianapolis Zoo site, the Indianapolis Prize site, and the Global Center for Species Survival site. The existing sites faced numerous challenges, from outdated design and functionality to difficulties with internal updates. 

Through discovery sessions with the Zoo’s internal teams, we identified their needs and expectations for the new sites. Our team developed a strategy focused on creating user-friendly, modern, and responsive designs that prioritized mobile-first usability and ADA compliance.
