Borshoff annually reviews Allison Transmission’s robust crisis communications plan to provide updates and recommendations, and also reviews and recommends adjustments and additions to the company’s robust library of approved statements, messaging and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to all aspects of its highly regulated manufacturing business. We also:

• Work collaboratively with Allison’s internal communications department to plan and lead quarterly crisis communications team meetings, at which we present on crisis communications best practices and lead table topping exercises.
• Lead media and crisis training for senior executives.
• Provide as-needed crisis communications counsel and messaging.
