For over three decades, Borshoff has had the honor and pleasure to work with the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities (GCPD) to educate and initiate behavior change toward people with disabilities. When we first started working with the Council in 1987, we set out to create an enduring platform that would mobilize grassroots advocacy and create awareness for people with disabilities. Every year since then, Borshoff has partnered with the GCPD to create a campaign for Disability Awareness Month in March throughout Indiana. Today’s data shows traditional TV viewing is still king; however, year-over-year we continue to see growth of households streaming video via TV-connected devices, such as Apple TV, Roku and game consoles, to name a few. This contributes to the idea that more and more people are doing away with the traditional cable/satellite services due to cost and negative experiences.Read More
